At Open Circle Acupuncture, we view your privacy as an extremely important issue we take very seriously. We do everything we can to abide by the following statement:
Privacy Assurance - We guarantee your privacy and the safety and security of the information that you provide us on this site.
Instead of giving you a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo, we've made our privacy policy as simple as possible. We've broken it down into three essential categories: 1) the information we collect; 2) what we do with that information; and 3) how we keep the information secure.
Information We Collect
- Cookies — We do not currently use cookies.
- Personal Information — We collect additional information from you for the reasons listed in the "Use of Information" section below. This information is collected ONLY when you voluntarily fill out a form — at no point do we collect any personal information from you without your knowledge and consent. This information is used for the sole purposes that were intended, as described in the section below.
Use of Information
- Email Newsletter — We ask you to opt-in to our free periodic email newsletter, Reflections. We use your email address to send you each issue and personalize that with your name. On each newsletter, there is always a link to allow your to no longer recieve the email. The link will take you to a page on our site through which you will automatically be unsubscribed. This makes it as easy as possible for you to decide if you want email from us or not.
- Other Uses -- Simply put, there are no other uses. We don't and never will rent or sell your information under any circumstances.
Security
Your information is kept safe and secure in a database that is held outside of the Web site main area. We utilize reasonable security methods to protect the data that resides on our servers.
Changes
We may need to update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect additional services that we may offer; accordingly, you may find any changes to our policy reflected on this page.
